Polaris EVO Mini Maori is a Collector’s Edition limited to only seven individually numbered sabers. Each hilt features extensive Maori-inspired laser engraving across the aluminium Emitter, Main Body and Pommel, with every engraving area positioned and processed individually.

Supplied complete and ready to use with Anima NXT electronics, Standard Combat Ready Blade – Short, LamaDiLuce Technical Saber Bag, Star Chest and a matching engraved stainless-steel Authenticity Plate carrying the saber’s individual identification.

Complete, assembled and ready to use.

Polaris modular components are listed in the Saber Models Register. The integrated electronic and Li-ion battery systems comply with the applicable requirements of UN 38.3, IEC 62133, CEI EN 55035 and CEI EN 55032.

Polaris EVO2 Emitter – Aluminum

EVO is the ultimate Polaris Emitter, recollecting in its design the return of experience provided by thousands of LudoSport athletes worldwide. The curves of EVO2 Emitter recall LamaDiLuce original SSe-2 shapes, while further improving the tactile comfort and the grip performance. A piece chiseled by experience, available in plain shiny Aluminum. Like all Polaris parts, EVO2 Emitter is modular and interchangeable. It can be mounted on any model of Main Body (Plain Rings are required on SSe-1 and SSe-2 main bodies), providing the chance to assemble an even more unique sporting lightsaber hilt.

Polaris EVO Mini Main Body - Aluminum

Polaris Main Body EVO Mini synthesizes years of ergonomic studies on dual sabers training. Its internal cavity is designed to enclose Anima electronic core, while the soft curved surfaces and edged shapes provide the hand all support needed to perform quick maneuvers when brandishing. The reduced lenght provides a better balance of the hilt in the dual sabers configuration, also minimising the risk of undesired hilts contact while wielding and brandishing.

Universal Threaded Plate

The Long Combat Blade is designed to comply with LudoSport rules use and has 65 cm total length (60 cm extension outside SMR listed items). This version cannot be used with Artiglio emitter.

Polaris EVO Mini Maori

Polaris EVO Mini Maori is a Tribe Limited Edition of only seven individually numbered sabers, based on the compact EVO Mini platform.

For this edition, the aluminium Emitter, Main Body and Pommel are extensively laser engraved with a Maori-inspired pattern covering most of the visible hilt. The three components are processed separately through several production stages, with each engraving area positioned and aligned manually to follow the cylindrical surfaces, grooves and interruptions of the EVO Mini geometry.

The seven hilts share the same design, but the manual positioning required during engraving naturally produces small variations in pattern alignment from one piece to another.

Each saber is permanently identified from 1 to 7 and paired with a matching engraved stainless-steel Authenticity Plate carrying its individual number, production ID and year.

Collector’s Edition

Each piece is supplied complete, assembled and ready to use with Anima NXT electronics, Standard Combat Ready Blade – Short, LamaDiLuce Technical Saber Bag, Star Chest and its matching Authenticity Plate.

The Star Chest and numbered plate are part of the presentation of the edition, while the Technical Saber Bag provides a practical solution for transport and regular use.

EVO Mini Design

The EVO Mini was developed around the handling requirements of LudoSport athletes, combining compact dimensions with adjustable balance and the modularity of the Polaris system.

The hilt measures approximately 21.4 cm and can be extended up to approximately 22.7 cm with one Plain Ring and one Thin Ring, available separately. Two included 37 g brass weights can be added or removed from the pommel to adjust balance and weight distribution.

Emitter, Main Body and Pommel remain compatible with the Polaris modular system. Two compatible hilts can also be joined with a separately available coupler for saberstaff configurations.

The Combat Blade is secured through two independent threaded locking points.

Polaris has evolved through years of sporting lightsaber use and feedback from the international LudoSport community, with continued development focused on ergonomics, balance, modularity and secure blade retention.

Polaris first appeared publicly at LudoSport EuropArena on May 22nd, 2015.
